XXXDimension does not tolerate abusive, non-consensual, or illegal material on our platform. While XXXDimension itself does not produce content, we take all requests for content removal seriously and will promptly investigate any report that content shared through our sandbox or displayed on our site violates our Terms of Use or applicable law.

If you encounter content that you believe falls into any of the following categories, you may request removal:

• Non-consensual use of your likeness, 3D model data, or image.

• Content that reveals personally identifiable information without consent.

• Otherwise abusive, harmful, or illegal content that violates our Terms of Use.

1. A clear description or link to the content in question.

2. The reason you believe it violates our Terms of Use or your rights.

3. Any evidence you can provide to support your request.

4. Your contact information for follow-up.

• We investigate all requests within seven (7) business days.

• If the investigation confirms the content is illegal, non-consensual, or in violation of our Terms, it will be removed within that timeframe.

• For credible complaints involving non-consensual use of likeness or 3D data, we aim to remove the content within one (1) business day.

• You will be informed of our decision within seven (7) business days of submitting your request.

All records associated with licensed 3D model data are securely stored. They will be made available to authorized inspectors by the Records Custodian upon official request.
