2257 Disclosure Statement

1. Introduction

Although XXXDimension is not based in the United States, we voluntarily comply with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§2257, 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. §75 (“Section 2257”) to the extent possible under English law. Our commitment is to ensure that all content published on this platform adheres to legal and ethical standards regarding age verification and record-keeping.

2. Compliant Content

All models, actors, and performers featured in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on this platform were 18 years of age or older at the time of production. Records required for all depictions under Title 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. §75 are properly maintained and accessible for inspection by the designated Records Custodian.

3. Exempt Content

Certain visual depictions on this platform are exempt from the requirements of Section 2257, including but not limited to:

1) Content that does not depict conduct specifically listed under 18 U.S.C. §2256(2)(A)(i)–(iv). 2) Content that does not depict conduct listed under 18 U.S.C. §2257A, produced after March 19, 2009. 3) Content that does not depict conduct under 18 U.S.C. §2256(2)(A)(v), produced after March 19, 2009. 4) Visual depictions created before July 3, 1995. 5) This Company does not act as a “producer” with respect to the dissemination of such exempt images as that term is defined in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c).
