XXXDimension isn’t a production studio. We don’t film, direct, or produce porn.

What you see here comes from our sandbox game, where fans and users create their own experiences by combining 3D assets and filming them on their own devices. Any video clips shown on this site were made and submitted by users — not by us.

We only hold licenses to use 3D model data provided directly by the actors themselves. All actors were over 18 when they created and shared their data with us.

Think of XXXDimension like a toolbox or VR game: the community are the creators, not us.

Although this Website is not based in the United States, XXXDimension voluntarily complies with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§2257, 2257A, and/or 28 C.F.R. §75 (“Section 2257”) in as far as possible under English law.

XXXDimension does not act as a producer of adult content. We provide a sandbox-style game environment where users combine licensed 3D assets, hold their own camera (phone, VR headset, etc.), and create and publish their own scenes independently on their own devices.

All models, actors, and performers whose 3D model data appears in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct within XXXDimension were over the age of eighteen (18) at the time their data was created.

XXXDimension does not film or direct performers. Instead, we hold licenses for actor-provided 3D data, which the actors themselves created and supplied to us. Records required for such depictions under Title 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. §75 are securely maintained and available for inspection by the Records Custodian.

All video material displayed on this platform has been provided by fans and users, not produced by XXXDimension.

Certain depictions are exempt from Section 2257 requirements, including but not limited to:

1. Content that does not portray conduct specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. §2256(2)(A)(i)–(iv).

2. Content that does not portray conduct listed under 18 U.S.C. §2257A, produced after March 19, 2009.

3. Content that does not portray conduct listed in 18 U.S.C. §2256(2)(A)(v), produced after March 19, 2009.

4. Visual depictions created before July 3, 1995.

5. Content where XXXDimension does not act as a “producer” as defined in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c).

All records associated with licensed 3D model data are securely stored. They will be made available to authorized inspectors by the Records Custodian upon official request.
